The Joint Venture will result into creation of a group of six companies strategically located in India, Sri Lanka, Europe and the UAE. This is expected to turn Mulk Enpar into a large multinational conglomerate the six group companies will include: MULK ENPAR Renewable Energy in U.A.E and  India focusing on solar energy generation and processed heat applications; Alubond USA manufacturing plant in India under Alubond Dacs India Pvt Ltd; Alubond Australasia Sri Lanka, focusing on aluminum coil coating; STRADT INTERIORS, an interiors and high-end fit out company in Jebel Ali; The 100,000 ton aluminum coil manufacturing plant either in Abu Dhabi (UAE), or Sohar in Oman; and Alubond Europe, an aluminum composite panel manufacturing plant in Belgrade


Mulk Enpar Renewable Energy developed an in-house R & D centre as well as a capability to manufacture and supply the full CSP Solar Field. The Alubond Solar Collector Mirror and Alubond PV Booster Mirror and the Solar PV Platform is invented, developed and Patented by Mulk Enpar RE's Khurram Khan Nawab.
